āœ”ļøAccredited Dynamic Positioning Training Centers –  NI Alexis Platform 

The course launches specialized training for Deck and Engine Officers seeking expertise to operate vessels fitted with Dynamic Positioning systems. Participants must possess up-to-date and fully completed credentials mandated by IMO standards.

The teaching is conducted in English using the advanced K-Sim DP simulation technology developed by Kongsberg.

After the completion of the training, a computerized test will be administered, where securing no less than 70% is required to succeed.

The assessment is carried out under the guidance of Piri Reis University’s Maritime Simulators Center Directorate, acting on behalf of The Nautical Institute.

The Nautical Institute has approved the launch of the eighth and ninth editions of DP training courses, set to begin in the early weeks of September 2024.
