For those who wish to explore and test the content before purchasing the test packages, access will be granted upon completing the free “DP Free Trial Quiz“ available on E-Shop. This way, you can review our free trial test.

You can either complete the membership form to activate your account before making a purchase or proceed directly with the purchase, in which case your membership details will be sent to you via email. Afterward, you can create a password and log in to the system.
How long will the purchased test packages remain valid?
✔️Purchased packages are valid for one year and will be deactivated at the end of the year.
Is full-screen mode available during the exam?
Full-screen mode has been activated to help participants focus better during the exam.
We have aimed to create an engaging exam experience for you by minimizing distracting elements.
We activated a focus extension specifically for the exam, preventing participants from switching between browser tabs during the test.
How will currency selection be determined by country?
Regardless of the country you make the purchase from, your transaction will be completed in USD. If you wish to make your own selection, it is mandatory to choose the Turkish Lira (TL) currency for purchases made from Turkey. Purchases made in countries outside Türkiye are conducted in USD.

What happens when new tests are added to the purchased test packages?
🎉 With your purchased package, you will be able to benefit from newly updated tests featuring fresh questions, without the need to repurchase the newly added tests.
How many attempts do you have for the DP Certificate (NI online exam)?
To receive the DPO Basic Course Completion Certificate, participants must pass an online assessment at the training center. The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions and will be completed in 1 hour and 15 minutes. The online assessment will consist of 40 questions and will require a passing score of 70%. Students who fail on their first attempt are granted the right to take two additional attempts within six months from the initial trial; however, the second attempt must be made within 96 hours after the first attempt. Students who fail these three attempts are required to retake the Basic Course and undergo the evaluation again.
To receive the DPO Advanced Simulator Course completion certificate, participants must pass an online assessment at the training center. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions and must be completed within 1 hour. The online assessment will consist of 30 questions and must be completed within 1 hour with a passing score of 70%. Students who fail on their first attempt are granted the right to take two additional attempts within six months from the initial trial; however, the second attempt must be conducted within 96 hours of the first attempt. Students who fail in their first three attempts are required to repeat the Simulator Course and retake the assessment.
